Finally a good swell hit Long Island, if you could take the cold you were rewarded with some solid waves. Ryan was out Monday morning, and photographer was able to capture some of the footage. Ryan was one of the few people out on the Long Board to order soma that day! You might recognize the board from the quiver photos. We know it’s been almost a year since our last video update, but we’ve been busy…we meant to call, really, but you know how it is… Anyway, Ryan put together a pretty amazing montage from Noel this fall. Check it out on the movies page.

We are in the process of changing the website a little bit. A couple of new logos will be added, more videos, more pictures, along with links to surfing conditions and local surfshops. We are also in the process of getting clothes together to represent surfing on long Island, and the East Coast.

Pictures from Bob Pitagno’s shaping demo have been added to the picture section. The event was put together by the Long Beach Surf Club, at Long Beach High school. Bob Pitagno shapes Exotic Surboards, two of his boards are posted in the Quiver section. He is even featuring some exotic delicacy from the islands. Enjoy!
